FAQ: Why do you only offer yearly
subscriptions and not monthly?
To be able to offer you with very low prices, we want
to keep costs down by excluding overhead costs of
monthly billing.
How will I know when I need to renew my
subscription?
We will notify you via e-mail a month in advance when
your subscription is up for renewal.
Why don't you offer telephonic support?
Again, to keep costs down we do not operate a call
center, but will provide support via e-mail.
When do I have to pay?
You only need to pay after you completed site is live
on the Internet and you are satisfied with it.
How will I pay?
We will provide you with our bank details for a
direct transfer. |
