To be able to offer you with very low prices, we want to keep costs down by excluding overhead costs of monthly billing.

How will I know when I need to renew my subscription?

We will notify you via e-mail a month in advance when your subscription is up for renewal.

Why don't you offer telephonic support?

Again, to keep costs down we do not operate a call center, but will provide support via e-mail.

When do I have to pay?

You only need to pay after you completed site is live on the Internet and you are satisfied with it.

How will I pay?

We will provide you with our bank details for a direct transfer.
